Limassol Ariel Cinema
The historic cinema landmark in Limassol is to be replaced with a 19-storey tower featuring residential and office space. The €45 million project, designed by architectural firm Panos Panayiotou and Associates, will be across 11,000 sqm and feature a rooftop garden, with the top three floors designated for luxury apartments.
Limassol Hills Golf Resort
The €400 million Limassol Hills development is set to be one of the biggest investment draws of the next few years. The resort, with an 18-hole golf course, will feature an integrated development, including 520 luxury three—to five-bedroom villas. The concept is being designed by SAOTA, an international firm of architects.
Limassol Blu Marine
The Leptos Group’s development at the heart of Limassol has garnered much interest. The €500 million scheme will feature Poseidon Tower, which is nearing completion, while the foundations for Zeus Tower are being laid, bringing the project’s vision closer to reality. Designed by world renowned UK architects and engineers Benoy and BurroHappold, both will feature superlative residences with eye-catching views of the Mediterranean. Property prices start from €655,000 for a one-bed apartment and €1,420,000 for a two-bedroom apartment.
Limassol Greens
Golf and property investment always go hand in hand. No more so than this resort, which will feature 500 villas and 250 townhouses and apartments built around an 18-hole championship golf course. Ten minutes from Limassol Marina, construction of two sold-out apartment buildings, comprising 52 two—and three-bedroom apartments and the first 24 villas, are underway. The €400 million J+A Philippou-designed project envisages the first residential units ready for owners in 2025.
The Icon, Limassol
The Icon is one of Cyprus’s most recognisable high-rise buildings, offering 1-4 bedroom residences with stunning uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean. Complete with high-end finishes throughout, it’s the ultimate location for high-rise living. It is being designed by UDS architects for the Imperio Group.
Limassol Wharf
A new waterfront development offering luxury living, shopping, and entertainment. The luxury mixed-use development, undertaken by architects PLP Architecture / Eraclis Papachristou, celebrates the best of Mediterranean living across more than 30,000 sqm of space. It also features a host of recreational amenities, including a movie theatre, bowling alley, indoor playground, and parks.
The Access, Limassol
A new residential complex to the picturesque area of Potamos Germasogeia, a charming area east of Limassol, known for its vibrant coastal promenade. The five-floor complex features one to three-bed apartments and is located just 700m from the sea.
Eagle Pine Golf Resort, Limassol
Northwest of Limassol, Eagle Pine is another resort set to evoke much interest from the global golfing community. With an 18-hole championship golf course, the Aristo Developers’ project envisages 676 independent plots and five large unified residential developments with about 300 additional housing units.
Nightingale Residential Compound, Pano Platres
A €15 million residential complex, the Nightingale is to be developed by Roomzly. It is a state-of-the-art project located close to the Millomeris waterfall and the Troodos National Forest Park.
Best Western Zenon, Larnaca
This 11-floor apartment building is being designed and developed under Legafer Investments and will consist of six floors of residential apartments. The building will have 24 apartments as well as commercial use areas.
